The first step is to send us your inquiry and let us understand your branding and design preferences. You can send us your samples, or you can let us help you design. Our team has experienced designers to design according to your preference, and we can modify it until you satisfy.

MATERIAL SELECTION

Once the design concept has been approved, we select the appropriate materials for the fabrics. Regarding pure cotton, we have a variety of pure cotton qualities with different densities for you to choose from.As for polyester, we use the best quality polyester, so we also highly recommend it. Because it's cheap and good. (The minimum quantity of pure cotton is 6000 yards, and the minimum quantity of polyester is 9000 yards.)

PRODUCTION

Once the material has been determined, we need precisely confirm some production details, such as Color, Word, Logo, Border, Pattern, Cutting and Packaging.

Color: Provide us with pictures with accurate color , any color can be customized.

Pattern: Provide clear word, graphics and logos.

Border: The edges of our fabrics are usually white. It can be left blank, or you can write the name of your school, association, brand, etc.

Packaging: There are also many colors for you to choose from for the outer packaging and the strapping tape.

Cutting: Cut into 2 yards, 3 yards, 6 yards or 12 yards as you like.

When all the details are confirmed, production will start. At the mean time, we will ensure that the fabrics meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and durability.

PERFORMANCE NEEDS

In addition to these steps, the customer's daily wearing needs also need to be considered when customizing.

Our products are very soft to the touch, very comfortable to wear, and very breathable, especially in summer, which can help to wick away sweat.

The colors are rich, very fashionable, and have an exotic African style Any design you want can be customized.

Some floating colors will be washed off when you wash it for the first time, and it will not fade when you wash it again.
